Account Time-Out
If you feel like you need to take a break from our games, you can request a Time-Out of your Account by simply opening a ticket on our customer support portal and selecting the "Responsible Social Gameplay" and then choosing the “Taking A break” option under “Responsible Social Gaming Tool”
During an Account Time-Out, you will be unable to access your Account in any way.
Account Time-Outs cannot be reversed. Once approved, your Account will only become accessible upon the expiration of the chosen amount of time.
An Account Time-Out can last anywhere from Two (2) Days to Thirty (30) Days
When the chosen Time-Out period has elapsed, your Account will become accessible once again.
Self-exclusion
You may self-exclude by opening a ticket on our customer support portal at and selecting the "Responsible Social Gameplay" option and then choosing the “Self Exclusion” option under “Responsible Social Gaming Tool”
Self-exclusion is a voluntary and confidential program that gives you the opportunity to take a break from your Account for a longer period of time. During this period, you will not be able to access your account. This means that we will use our best efforts to prevent you from opening or reopening an account with us and you will not be permitted to win prizes.
Self-exclusion must last a minimum of 6 months. There is no limit to the length that self-exclusion can last.
Any person who opts for self-exclusion will be unable to open an Account or access their Account during the prescribed amount of time. It cannot be canceled or changed in any way.
Once we have received the signed form, we will perform the requested actions on your account.
When a self-exclusion is approved and confirmed, you will not receive any marketing communications from us for the duration of the self-exclusion.
Where an indefinite self exclusion is in effect, a minimum of six (6) months must pass before the account can be reactivated upon request. A minimum one week cooling off period will apply before the account is reactivated from an indefinite self exclusion.
