Q: How long are my Sweep Coins valid? 

A: Your Sweep Coins are valid for sixty (60) days from the date you last logged into your account.


Q: What happens if there is no account activity for a prolonged period? 

A: If there is no activity on your account for six (60) days or more, your Sweep Coins will automatically expire.


Q: Will I be notified before my Sweep Coins expire? 

A: Yes.  Before your Sweep Coins reach their expiration date, we will proactively contact you via email to alert you of this process.
